EXPERTISE
As a mental health and career counselor I strive to assist clients in designing a balanced life that focuses on holistic wellness. My counseling work has primarily focused on career and life preparation with adolescents and young adults, while addressing and managing personal, emotional, professional, and relationship issues.
COUNSELING APPROACHES
My primary approach to counseling is an integration of person-centered, mindfulness-based, reality therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapies. Our sessions will strive to balance mindful awareness, a genuine and empathic relationship with the client, and a collaborative effort to identify what changes a client can make to minimize emotional and behavioral disturbances.
My role is to assist you in reaching whatever goals you may have for yourself by providing nonjudgmental support and helping to facilitate your journey.
